With the new cumulative update coming from Microsoft, Lync 2013 will have a fantastic upgrade. With the CU1 (February 2013) , the most asked for feature by customers is finally coming.
When Lync 2010 came out we saw that Enterprise Voice grow rapidly, but some companies were still hesitant in adopting Lync. The feature that customers missed the most, was Call Pickup. With Lync 2013 CU1 coming, this will be a tremendous boost for the product.
